About
A Licensed Professional Counselor–led practice with experience in Critical Incident Response through Employee Assistance Programs, End-of-Life-Doula trainings, and Grief Support. Through Trevino & Starr Associates LLC, we provide consulting, and structured, non-clinical, conversation-based support for individuals and organizations navigating high-impact events such as natural disasters, workplace accidents, sudden employee deaths, and other significant disruptions, as well as personal loss and major life transitions. Our approach is steady, practical, and human — creating space for meaningful conversation without diagnosis, insurance billing, or medicalization.
