What services do you offer?
Trevino & Starr provides the Grief Support Series for individuals navigating grief, loss, bereavement, and significant life changes, as well as Critical Incident Support Services for organizations, teams, and communities responding to critical incidents, disasters, workplace tragedies, and other disruptive events.
What is the Grief Support Series?
The Grief Support Series is a six-meeting support program designed to help individuals navigate grief, loss, and major life changes. Meetings provide a compassionate space for reflection, education, guidance, and support while adjusting to life after loss.
The series may be used as a stand-alone service or as a starting point.
Is the Grief Support Series therapy?
No. The Grief Support Series is a support and consultation service focused on grief, loss, and life changes. It is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or healthcare and does not include diagnosis, assessment, or treatment planning.
Do you accept insurance?
The Grief Support Series and High-Impact Support Services are private-pay services and are not billed to insurance or Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
Are services confidential?
Yes. Privacy, professionalism, and respect are central to all services provided by Trevino & Starr. Information shared during services is treated with discretion and confidentiality, with limited exceptions when required by law or when immediate safety concerns are present.
