Two hour minimum engagement required

Grief, Loss & Life Changes Support
Conversation-based support for individuals navigating grief, loss, or major life changes.

This work is designed as a contained, short-term support experience.
The initial 55-minute conversation provides extended space for you to share your story, your loss, and what feels most present right now. It allows us to begin this work with depth, clarity, and steadiness.
Ongoing 45-minute meetings are structured yet conversational, following a guided framework designed to support reflection, education, and forward movement over time.
Individual support is offered for up to six meetings. All meetings are conducted virtually.
Initial 55-Minute Conversation – $165
A welcoming space to share your story and explore next steps.
Ongoing 45-Minute Support Meetings – $150
Six-Meeting Support Series – $875
A thoughtfully structured, short-term support experience designed to provide steadiness, perspective, and practical guidance over time. Reserved in advance at a reduced rate to allow for continuity and intentional progression.
All services are supportive and educational in nature and are not psychotherapy or mental health treatment. If at any time additional or clinical support is indicated, appropriate referrals will be provided.
