Grief, Loss & Life Changes Support
Support for individuals navigating grief, loss, or major life changes.
The Support Series
Many people aren't looking for long-term services. They simply want a dedicated space to talk, process, and receive support while navigating a difficult season.
Our Grief Support Series includes six individual meetings designed to help you:
• Explore your grief experience in a supportive environment
• Understand common grief reactions and challenges
• Identify coping strategies and sources of support
• Navigate significant life changes following a loss
• Honor your relationship with your loved one while moving forward
• Develop a personalized path for continued healing
The series can be completed as a stand-alone service and may be all the support you need.
Is This Right For Me?
If You Are Experiencing Any of The Following:
Death of a loved one
Anticipatory grief
Sudden loss
Traumatic loss
Caregiver grief
Life changes following a loss
Major Life Changes
Anniversary reactions
Returning to work after loss
Changes in identity and relationships
Support That Fits Your Needs
There is no expectation that support continues beyond the initial six meetings.
For some individuals, the series provides the guidance, education, and support they were seeking. Others may decide they would benefit from additional support as they continue navigating their grief journey.
If ongoing services are desired, you may seek additional support through your employer sponsored EAP, insurance, or other resources that may be available to you.
An Important Note About the Grief Support Series
The Grief Support Series is intended to provide a supportive space for individuals navigating loss, grief, and significant life changes. These meetings focus on education, support, reflection, and practical guidance and are not psychotherapy or mental health treatment. No diagnosis, assessment, or treatment planning is provided as part of this service.
For individuals who are interested in psychotherapy services, options may be discussed separately. However, I do not provide referrals at this time.
